First of all (Right click on taskbar of desktop)
Select Properties
After click Properties -> Go to Start menu tab
After click Start menu tab -> Uncheck privacy(both)
After Uncheck privacy -> ok
Now your run could not store any callable information

Right click on desktop taskbar

Select Personalize

After click personalize -> Go to window color

After click window color -> Go to Advanced appearance setting..
